    Great atmosphere and great people. Equipment changes often but there are a lot of options on offer. Can't beat the price in the area.

    Bit of a secret this place which I am probably spoiling now. Best 24 hour gym around check rates for weekly membership and personal training. A great range of equipment and floor space. There is a heavy bag for boxing and kickboxing workouts. There is either nice people around or I have the place to myself. Great small cafe during business hours.
