  Horrible customer service!We made our purchase In the store and it was ripped already and they sold it to us anyway for full price and we then tried to get a refund shortly after that because it was damaged and spoke to the Adrian ( manager of the store at Moorabin) and he was absolutely terrible with the service he provided and wouldn't even listen to our complaint and not to mention - they wouldn't exchange ,credit note or refund us! Please save the time and effort and DON'T shop here.

  We were extremely happy with Focus on Furniture Moorabin. We walked in and had a look around and a lovely staff member called Amelia approached us. She answered all our questions and helped us set up an order and delivery. She was very knowledge and genuine. The store had very good energy. Which is hard to achieve in a big place like a furniture store. We felt very at ease. We booked a day and time and a week prior (as per promised) the store contacted us to follow up and confirm our day and time. They were even able to change it at later notice as per our request. The couches look amazing and they are so comfortable. The delivery men who delivered them were also very friendly, punctual and efficient. We would recommend this company / this store to everyone. Don't let some odd / off reviews deter you from amazing staff, gorgeous and well priced quality furniture.

  I am absolutely appalled by the service we received from the moorabbin store. We ordered couches over a month in advance and were assured they could be delivered on the date we moved in. When the day came and I hadn't heard anything I called the store who had no idea why my order wasn't even on the delivery schedule and then decided it was because we had said "any day from that day onwards" for delivery. Firstly I am 20 weeks pregnant so wouldn't be so flippant about when my couches got delivered, and secondly the sales rep tried to play this situation down with "don't you have ANYTHING to sit on?" Stupid question for people waiting on COUCHES! No one would take responsibility and the"manager" - if there even is one never called us back and was "sick" the whole week after the blundered delivery date...we were unable to get any discount even though I was forced to sit on the GROUND for a week in my new home. The staff were all informed many times that I was pregnant and this didn't make any difference whatsoever. Extremely unhelpful store do not shop here!
