  Yummy food, really nice variety each week and liked that I could substitute in meals I didn't like. Only negative is that the website (particularly the your account section) was confusing. I put my meals on hold for 1 week - tried to put in my menu for the next week but the website said my account was on hold. I then got an email to pick my menu for that week with only 12 hours notice before the cut off time. Very frustrating so I cancelled all together.

  Horrible customer service by Caitlyn, argued with her on the phone when she could have just tried to help me as she is supposed to be the customer service rep.

  Breakfasts aren't good and some snacks have 20 grams of sugar in a portion which is not healthy!

  They don't mark their delivery boxes with any business name or delivery address making it easy for the box to be misplaced.

  Not sure about the food but we have three boxes cluttering our porch, as despite confirming with Caitlin that the driver would collect the empty box (after the first one wasn't), we now have three waiting to be collected. What a shame and an environmental waste to not have these huge polystyrene recycled. Not impressed. UPDATE... ...The delivery instruction have been sorted, the three boxes have now been collected and we are still ordering the meals.

  After trying multiple services like this (Lite n Easy, Youfoodz etc) Chef Good is by far the best quality of food. My partner & I are happy. It's calorie & portion controlled, tasty & easy. The menu has a great variety, changes each week & their snacks are good. Would highly recommend. Their website did take me a little while to work out but otherwise no complaints (they also let you know in advance of the estimated delivery time). There are also no gross frozen watery meals.
